The department has valuable collections of: Traditional clothing and fabrics from the Sliven region - contains local and regional specifics of the production and function of the festive-ritual, everyday clothing and fabrics of the individual ethnographic groups. Metal items - copper vessels, iron objects, craft tools. Jewelry - an essential part of the traditional costume, illustrating the dynamics of production and distribution of Bulgarian and local patterns and motifs. Wood plastic arts: wood carving - shows the specificity and influence of the individual Bulgarian wood carving schools in the decoration of the Sliven house; craft tools and equipment.
